It’s time to test your brain power and have some fun with your friends. Join us for our monthly trivia night! Teams of up to six people are welcome to sign up.

Sign up to participate in this community service program! Help out a local animal shelter by making dog blankets and dog toys to donate to a shelter. Enjoy snacks, dog-themed books and movies to check out and a place to conveniently drop off items that you would like to donate to a shelter. A modified “wish list” is available at the Children’s Circulation Desk and online on the program and events calendar. Thursday, August 8 at 2:00pm.

Celebrate the hot summer days with an ice cream treat! Each person in your group will receive one ice cream treat when checking out any item from the library. Available while supplies last. Tuesday, July 30 from 9am – 8pm.

Tammy and Casey, two of the library’s therapy dogs, will be here for you to meet! Their trainers will be on hand to teach us about training a therapy dog. Dog-themed activities will be available too! No registration required. Monday, July 29 at 10:00.

Still trying to decide on the best preschool or 4K experience for your child? Stop in at the Preschool Open House at the library on Friday, July 26 from 9:30 – 11:00. Toys and blocks will be available for your child to play with while you meet the teachers and directors of area preschool and 4K programs. Learn what they have to offer and which would be the best fit for your family!
