It was a turning point in political history that swept the world, from the Tiananmen Square protests in Beijing, to the opening of the Berlin Wall in Germany, to the first written proposal for the World Wide Web! Registration is required.

It’s a puzzle party with our therapy pups on Thursday, August 15! Challenge yourself to complete a variety of puzzles throughout the library’s Community Room! Jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, and puzzle games will be offered. Sign up with friends and bring your best thinking skills. The coolest part? Silly stories, ABCs, rhyming, moving and more with the staff of UW-Extension of Racine County on Tuesday, August 13 at 9:30am. No registration required. Ages 5 and under.

Join Welty Environmental Center on Wednesday, August 7 at 10:00am and explore the waters as we search for small organisms that live in our rivers and support other animals. Dress to get a little wet as we wade through the shallow end of the Fox River. Ages 7 and up. Registration required.
