The University of Wisconsin-Extension and the Waterford Library welcomes you and your child to a block party! Blocks are a tool for learning math, science, pre-reading, social, and physical skills. Adults can guide children’s early learning experiences and use blocks as the tools to support their development. Join us for this fun and educational play experience.

Old World Wisconsin Photo Exhibit
August 20 – September 24 We are pleased to host a traveling display of Old World Wisconsin’s annual photo contest winners, featuring pioneer life, people, agriculture, nature, historic structures, and a special youth division for photos submitted by young people.

It’s time to test your brain power and have some fun with your friends. Join us for our monthly trivia night! Teams of up to six people are welcome to sign up.

Sign up to participate in this community service program! Help out a local animal shelter by making dog blankets and dog toys to donate to a shelter. Enjoy snacks, dog-themed books and movies to check out and a place to conveniently drop off items that you would like to donate to a shelter. A modified “wish list” is available at the Children’s Circulation Desk and online on the program and events calendar. Thursday, August 8 at 2:00pm.
